لاشك ان خطاب التوصية هو مهم جدا خاصة لمن يريدون الدراسة في خارج بلدانهم او التقديم على منح في الخارج
لانه يعتبر هو مثابتك شخصيتك
وهو يقدم من استاذ او مدرس او دكتور كان قد درسك من قبل في الثانوية او الجامعة او حتى لازال يدرس

Dear respected Sir/Madam:
l am writing to recommend Abed Elhadi F. Khalil for the Fulbright scholarship. As
a Senior Scientist at the Islamic University of Gaza and a member of Mr. Khalil's
advisory committee, I have had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Khalil and to
observe and participate in his curricular and extracurricular activities. I can truly
say that I have never known a candidate whom I can recommend more for a
Fulbright scholarship. His investigations into many research topics and the
practicality of his ideas and analysis are focused, disciplined and insightful. He
has acquired a deep understanding not only of electrical engineering,
communication and control theories, but also of the significant new
developments in industrial mathematics and its applications.
Mr. Khalil participated in numerous studies in which he applied profoundly new
techniques to build simulation models of the Log-Periodic dipole array antenna,
wireless digital remote control systems, communication systems, and linear
systems & signals. His efforts in sharing these creative ideas with other
colleagues are valuable to the both the field and the community as a whole. Mr.
Khalil's thoughts and his desire for learning have important implications for our
university and our country.
